Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Ramboll is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in København, Capital, DK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat system to answer questions, provide support, and resolve issues. 2. Demonstrate adaptability in handling a variety of customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely responses. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 4. Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and passionate individual with strong communication skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced setting. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using live chat and customer service software. 6. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
