LINAK is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Representative to join our team and work from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess strong critical thinking and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing customer support via live chat, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently - Assisting with sales inquiries, product information, and order processing - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any concerns - Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall customer experience - Maintaining a detailed log of interactions and customer feedback

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong critical thinking and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer applications and software - High school diploma or equivalent
