Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team at A.P. Moller - Maersk in København, Capital, DK. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. This role requires a resourceful and hardworking individual with a keen attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and answer inquiries - Assist customers with product information, orders, and technical issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Previous experience with live chat platforms is a plus
