Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Fiberline Composites is seeking a motivated and energetic Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions on our website. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: -Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues -Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills at all times -Utilize creativity to come up with solutions and recommendations for customers -Manage time effectively to handle multiple chats simultaneously -Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference -Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: -3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online customer support role -Motivated and energetic personality with a positive attitude towards helping customers -Strong creativity and problem-solving skills -Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment -Strong written communication skills -Fluency in English and Danish is required
