Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Danish Crown is seeking a dedicated and confident Live Chat Specialist to join our team in København, Denmark. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to answer their inquiries and provide solutions to their issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers - Use excellent written communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with a strong customer service mindset - Excellent teamwork and leadership skills to work effectively with colleagues - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong written communication skills in both Danish and English - Proficiency in using chat platforms and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
