Too Good To Go is seeking a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Specialist to join our team and work from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Specialist will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: reliable and adaptable. Soft skills such as time management and planning are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility in schedule - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - High school diploma or equivalent
