Bavarian Nordic is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with any account-related issues, including login problems, billing inquiries, and account setup - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback online - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Help troubleshoot technical problems related to online accounts
