Job Description:
Sitecore, a leading digital experience management company, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level Online Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role who is resilient, confident, and possesses strong time management and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with navigating our online platform and resolving any usability issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall user experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review - Keep up-to-date with product updates and new features to better assist customers - Meet key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and confident in handling customer inquiries and issues - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
