Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Daloon is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. 4. Use critical thinking to identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Maintain accurate and updated customer records within the CRM system. 6. Meet or exceed set KPIs and targets for call resolution and customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong persuasion skills to drive sales and upsell products. 4. Critical thinking abilities to solve complex customer issues effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
