Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


DSV Panalpina is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in call center management or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the online call center, including staffing, training, and operations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Train and mentor call center agents to ensure high-quality service delivery. 8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in call center management. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Research skills to stay informed about industry trends. 7. Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
