Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Novo Nordisk is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issues. 3. Gather and document customer information accurately in the company database. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 5. Provide product knowledge and information to customers as needed. 6. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. People management and planning skills. 8. Resilient and hardworking attitude.
