Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Online Call Center Representative to join our team at Sitecore in København, Denmark. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through online communication channels such as emails, live chat, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Handling customer complaints and escalations - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting performance targets and goals set by management - Updating and maintaining knowledge of company products and services
