Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Integrated Service Solutions is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client communications via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and gather information to provide clients with accurate and helpful responses - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance client relationships and achieve business goals - Assist in creating and implementing online client engagement strategies - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction - Support in maintaining client databases and records - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions

Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong research and teamwork skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
