Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

SAS Group, a leading company in København, Capital, DK, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, and possess excellent planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client relationships through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Maintain and update client databases and records - Assist with the development and implementation of client engagement strategies - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling to existing clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms
