Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Pandora Jewelry in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to engage with online clients and build long-lasting relationships - Provide excellent customer service through various online channels such as email, social media, and live chat - Identify and address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create personalized online client experiences - Monitor and analyze online client feedback and data to make informed decisions and improvements - Handle online client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online client relations or a similar role - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong persuasion and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and managing online client relationships - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus
