Job Description:
Novo, a leading online client management firm based in København, DK, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being adaptable and resilient, as well as soft skills in decision-making and critical thinking.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through online platforms, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction - Communicate with clients through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media - Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Monitor client feedback and suggestions to improve services and processes - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds - Proficiency in using online client management platforms and tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies
