Job Description:
Leo Pharma is seeking a talented and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a part-time employee at a mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients in the digital space.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to engage clients through various online channels. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time. 5. Analyze data and insights to track client performance and adjust strategies as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the client experience. 7. Represent the company at online events, webinars, and virtual meetings. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client relations activities and outcomes.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Proven experience in online client relations or a related field. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Creativity and innovation in developing client engagement strategies. 5. Motivated and hardworking attitude with a passion for building relationships. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms. 8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
