Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at the IT University of Copenhagen startups in København, Denmark. This is a part-time position suitable for someone who is eager to start their career in client relations within the exciting world of IT startups.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication via online platforms - Assist clients with setting up accounts, navigating our online systems, and troubleshooting any technical issues - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services to online clients - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience online - Provide regular reports to management on client interactions and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, marketing, or communications) - Strong planning and organizational skills to manage client relationships effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for online client interactions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
