Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Grundfos, a leading pump manufacturer based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or online client support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Create and deliver presentations to clients on product features, benefits, and updates. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. - Proficient in analysis and presentation skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with online client service tools and platforms. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
