Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:

H. Lundbeck is seeking a driven and energetic Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage client inquiries, issues, and escalations through various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online touchpoints. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Lead and mentor a team of online client service representatives to achieve department goals and objectives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online client service or customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to think innovatively and strategically to drive results. 5. Proficiency in online tools and platforms. 6. Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
