Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

DONG Energy is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and independent, with strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online client support and assistance through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Manage client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to address client needs and concerns effectively. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for reporting purposes. 6. Continuously strive to meet and exceed client service goals and expectations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. 3+ years of experience in client service or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Fluent in English and Danish.
