Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Grundfos, a leading global provider of innovative water solutions, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Service Officer to join our team in København, Capital, DK. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage all online client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order placement - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Grundfos products and services to effectively assist clients - Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Reliable and hardworking with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
