Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Rockwool International is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team in København, DK. As an Associate level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, have strong planning and project management skills, and a passion for environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.

Responsibilities: - Manage online inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients via chat, email, and phone - Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services - Provide product information and recommendations to clients based on their needs - Assist with order tracking, shipping updates, and delivery scheduling - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with online chat systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus
