Online Client Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Representative at Novo in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are resilient, dedicated, skilled in time management, and possess a creative mindset.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through online platforms to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting clients with their inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online communication tools - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Must be eligible to work in Denmark
