Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Biogen Idec, a leading biotechnology company located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. We are looking for a confident and hardworking individual with at least 4 years of experience in client services.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to online clients through various communication channels. 2. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Educate clients on products and services offered by Biogen Idec. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of online client service strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven experience in customer service and client relations. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Leadership skills and the ability to innovate. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 9. Travel opportunities and vision insurance.
