Job Description:
Thrane & Thrane is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in København, DK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a strong dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Provide assistance with online orders, product information, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to find solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
