Job Description:
Pandora Jewelry is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is motivated and looking to gain experience in client support and online communication. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent project management and time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and product information - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions - Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve online customer experience
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and energetic personality - Experience with online platforms and social media - Knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing is a plus
