Job Description:
SimCorp is seeking a motivated and driven Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via email, chat, and other online communication channels. 2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing issues with our online platform. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues in a timely manner. 4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions. 5. Conducting research to proactively identify and address potential client concerns or issues. 6. Providing product demonstrations and training to clients as needed. 7. Monitoring client feedback and escalating recurring issues to management for resolution. 8. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our online client support processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in an online environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent research abilities to effectively address client inquiries and issues. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
