Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:

PreSeed Ventures is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, adaptable, and creative.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering product-related questions. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance the overall client experience. 4. Generate reports on client inquiries, feedback, and satisfaction levels. 5. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the client support process and suggest solutions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in using online tools and platforms for client support. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
