Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Ambu is seeking a passionate and confident Online Client Support Officer to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role offers the opportunity for professional development and growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients via various digital platforms including email, chat, and social media - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and escalations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions - Contribute ideas for improving the online client support experience - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Confidence in handling challenging client situations - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Leadership skills to foster teamwork and drive results - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong computer skills and proficiency in digital communication tools - No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role
