Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Carlsberg Group in København, Capital, Denmark. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client support.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as emails, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to our products and services - Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to clients - Assist in creating and updating online support resources for clients - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance client support services
