Job Description:
Bavarian Nordic is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Frederiksberg, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in client support and a strong understanding of online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in the client support process and provide suggestions for enhancement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. 3. Resilient and confident personality traits with a positive attitude towards solving problems. 4. Proficient in negotiation skills to navigate challenging client situations with tact and diplomacy. 5. Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage client interactions and drive positive outcomes. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
