Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Officer at GN Store Nord in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a growing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online customer support to clients through various channels including email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient communication and problem resolution - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems to enhance the client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients
