Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Falck in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing online support to clients, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through email, chat, and other communication channels - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems - Excellent presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online support tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
