Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Coloplast is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are independent and driven, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via chat, email, and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, returns, and general questions about our products and services - Handle client escalations and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions to client needs - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our database - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Meet set performance metrics and goals for client support

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or client support role - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
