Job Description:
Radiometer Medical is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to clients. 4. Follow up with clients to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 6. Create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. 8. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support techniques.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 3. Creativity and problem-solving skills to handle complex client issues. 4. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
