Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Grundfos, a global leader in advanced pump solutions, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are looking to kick-start their career in customer support and service.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for online client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and suggest innovative solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. Passion for delivering exceptional client service and resolving client issues effectively. 2. Dedication to upholding Grundfos' values of quality, sustainability, and innovation. 3. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments. 4. Ability to think creatively and suggest innovative solutions to improve processes. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish. 6. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
