Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


IC Group is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to online customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for assisting customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues through email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and performance targets. 9. Assist in updating and maintaining online contact center resources and information.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 8. Motivated and resilient attitude. 9. Presentation skills. 10. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
