Online Contact Center Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a confident and passionate Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at Velux in København, Capital, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels, including email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online contact center setting. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 7. Fluency in English and Danish is required.
