Job Description:
As an Online Customer Care Assistant at 3Shape, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with order processing. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist with order processing and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products - Maintain customer records and documentation in our online database - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute to the development of customer care policies and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Dedicated and resourceful with a strong attention to detail - Strong decision-making and planning skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
