Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

The Online Customer Care Manager at Fiberline Composites will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's online customer care operations. This role requires a high level of proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across various online platforms. - Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Manage online review platforms and ensure a positive online reputation for the company. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create engaging online content and promotions. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. - 8 years of experience in customer service or online customer care. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. - Resourceful problem solver with attention to detail. - Proficient in data analysis and reporting. - Familiarity with online customer service platforms and technologies.
