Job Description:
Maersk Group is looking for a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and resourceful, with strong soft skills in persuasion and adaptability.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing online customer care operations, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and drive customer engagement. 3. Analyzing data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to enhance the online customer experience. 5. Training and supervising a team of customer care representatives. 6. Implementing policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer care services. 7. Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of online customer care efforts.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience with online customer care platforms and tools is a plus.
