***Job Description***

**Responsibilities:** 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of online customer care operations, including customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless customer care processes. 4. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics related to online customer care to identify areas for improvement. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions. 6. Train and mentor customer care representatives to deliver exceptional service and support. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care to continuously improve processes.

Driven individual with a high level of confidence and the ability to work independently. 6. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
