Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

The Online Customer Care Manager at Lundbeck is responsible for managing the online customer service team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all online platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service best practices and the ability to lead a team of customer care representatives.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve online customer experience. 2. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across various online channels. 3. Train and supervise customer care team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve online customer service processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online customer care.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a management role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Passionate and driven individual with a focus on customer satisfaction. 5. Excellent planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
