Job Description:
3Shape is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a resourceful and passionate individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer care in an online setting.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Contribute to the development of online customer care resources and knowledge base - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Excellent time management and project management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities - Experience with online customer care platforms and tools - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus - Fluent in written and spoken English
