Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at Netcompany in København, Denmark. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through online channels, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2.
