Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Service Assistant at Hempel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will assist customers with inquiries, process orders, handle returns, and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback on various online platforms to ensure a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Process online orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery - Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and effectively - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various online platforms - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer preferences and trends - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback to management on process improvements and customer trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Energetic and driven personality with a positive attitude - Strong presentation and creativity skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online customer service platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
