Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and confident Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at TDC Group in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing our online customer service operations and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Supervise and train a team of online customer service representatives to provide excellent support to customers. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve our processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in online customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Innovative mindset with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues. 6. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
