Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

As the Online Customer Service Manager at Danske Commodities in Ålborg, Nordjylland, you will be responsible for managing the online customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the online customer service department.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience - Analyze customer feedback and recommend solutions to enhance customer satisfaction - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Create and update policies and procedures to streamline operations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service management - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
