Job Description:

H. Lundbeck is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Officer in København, Denmark. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for someone who is driven and resilient, with a passion for providing excellent customer service in an online environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting - Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide resolutions - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Strategic planning and presentation skills
